To register for classes simply select the link that is most applicable for your family.

NEW FAMILIES - signing up for first time   

 

PARENT PORTAL - for families that already have login/password

1. INVOICES

In the Parent Portal under the "my account" screen there is a “Payment” tab to see what’s due and any open invoices you have. Please check this tab regularly to make sure you have taken care of your monthly payments.

2. AUTO PAY + CARD INFO

If you want to be registered for auto pay, this is an option you must manually select in your "my account" tab under the "payment information" section. This is where you will save the credit card you want billed monthly. Auto Pay will automatically charge your total bill on the 1st of each month; if you would like to only charge tuition please notify the Studio Office Manager, Hunter Church, 850-585-8956.

 

If you do not select the auto pay option, you will need to manually log in each month to pay your bill.

3. ENROLL vs DROP IN

Please make sure you have selected the right option in your questionnaire for your student's attendance - Monthly vs Drop In.

 

ENROLL // If you plan to attend class every week and then enroll normally in the system through the "booking" tab.

 

DROP-IN // If you would like to attend occasional classes and pay as you go, select the "drop in passes" tab. Here you are able to purchases passes that you may redeem under the "my account" tab, then select "passes". 

 

**Drop-ins will be posted and must be paid by every Monday**

4. CASH + CHECK

If you would like to pay via cash or check, this option is still available to you. Please bring cash or check in an envelope with your name, date, and what you are paying for and drop it off with your instructor.

5. PRIVATE LESSONS

If you are taking private lessons this charge will be placed on your account weekly. Privates will be posted and can be paid weekly on Monday. You can pay credit, cash, or check. Prices vary based on your instructor.
